FISHING ON THE SARCA RIVER
Fishing on the Sarca River in Trentino is an unforgettable experience! With its diverse fish population, beautiful landscapes, and unspoiled nature, it is ideal for fishermen seeking new experiences.
The river flows next to Camping Val Rendena and runs all the way through the valley, beginning in Madonna di Campiglio. It flows from the glaciers of the Adamello Brenta and Presanella massifs into Lake Garda, where it is the main tributary and receives the name Mincio.
The Sarca River's main course, easily accessible from the road, has a nearly all-natural riverbed with abundant flow, deep holes, and good current. Fly fishing (dry fly, submerged fly), spinning, and natural bait fishing are all permitted techniques.
There are no closed days, and fishing season runs from the last Sunday in February to the 30th of September. Guides, equipment rental, and fishing permits can all be purchased on-site or online at our website.
